Why is my honey mixture crystallizing?

Crystallization is a natural process that happens to all pure, unprocessed honey — it does not mean the honey has gone bad. Added ingredients such as nuts, seeds, and spices accelerate this process as they provide nucleation points for sugar crystals to form around. To return it to liquid form, place the jar in warm water (max 40°C) and stir gently. Avoid microwaves and high heat as they destroy beneficial enzymes.

Why is my jar net weight slightly different than shown in the app?

Since natural ingredients vary slightly in density and our blends are prepared by hand in small batches, the actual filled weight may differ by a small amount. This is normal and expected — you always receive a fully filled jar.
